Subscription and Refund Terms
1. Who sells
Purchases on this website in currencies other than roubles are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our merchant of record. Paddle is the seller of the subscription to you, collects the price and applicable taxes (VAT or sales tax), and provides invoices. The Service itself is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Nikita Yurievich Zakharov, Russia. Purchases made inside the apps are processed by Apple, Google, RuStore or Microsoft under their terms and are not covered by this page.
2. Plans and prices
Plans (Novice, Author, Professional), billing periods (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and prices in US dollars are listed at https://storello.cc/pricing. The price shown at checkout includes the taxes that apply to your location. Credit packs for AI features are one-time purchases; purchased credits do not expire.
3. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period for the same period and at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will tell you in advance about any price increase. You authorize recurring charges when you complete checkout.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in Account → Subscription (“Manage subscription”), or via the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling is as easy as subscribing.
5. Refunds
You may request a full refund of a payment within 14 days of the charge, for any reason. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion except where the law gives you a stronger right. To request a refund, email support@storello.ru from your account address or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Refunds go to the original payment method.
6. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. Our 14-day refund above applies to you without conditions.
7. What happens when a subscription ends
Your books stay available to you; paid features pause; export remains available. See the pricing page for details.
